TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customer will be required to pay actual shipping charges which will be calculated at the time order is shipped. (Shipping charges can be estimated at 10% of total order cost.) Normal ground shipping will be used. Expedited shipping is available for additional fee.
Item pricing does not include embellishment (except Delegation/Team T-Shirts). If you need assistance with embroidery or screen printing, please call us at 305-460-8991 or email us at jcc@elitets.net.

RETURN POLICY
We accept no returns without prior written approval from ELITE Team Supplies. Returns of worn or embellished merchandise will not be accepted. Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Request for returns must be made within 20 days from date of shipment. Returns must be sent freight pre-paid. ELITE is only responsible for mistakes made to the embellishment or sizing that are made contrary to the specifications approved by the customer. Costs associated with changes made to orders by customer after approval will be the responsibility of the customer.

PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% deposit (not to include shipping) is required for an order to be processed.
Final payment (balance of the order plus shipping) is due ten days after receipt of goods.

Payment can be made by an organization check, certified check, credit card or money order. All checks should be made payable to: ELITE Team Supplies. Customer will receive an email DEPOSIT invoice within 24 hours of placing an order. Customer will receive an email FINAL invoice after goods have been shipped.

If the order is cancelled, ELITE Team Supplies will review on a case by case basis and reserves the right to retain the full 50% deposit in order to cover the cost of reserving the items.

A $30.00 charge will apply to any returned checks.
